Why are your prices so competitive?


Love Station Lingerie is a lingerie online shop and a family owned and operated business based in Queensland. Unlike other lingerie shops, to run a family based business, there are no space rental fees, staff wages, power, advertising, etc. to pay for, so we are able to keep the cost low for our customers. Furthermore, we deal directly with manufacturer – no middleman to add onto the prices, then another fee for retailers. All these great savings are then passed to our customers.


What are my payment options?


Love Station Lingerie provides two online payment options currently.


The first option is the PayPal; the world recognized best online payment system. When you select the PayPal as your payment method, Lingerie: Love Staion will redirect you to the Paypal web site and you will use PayPal’s secured payment system to make the payments. After you have completed your payment, please click “Return to shop” button and then it will redirect you back to Lingerie: Love Station web site. The second option is Electronic Funds Transfer. You use your bank system to pay the amount directly into our bank account. All Australian banks provide Electronic Funds Transfer services. You can either go to a bank branch or use online banking to do the fund transfer easily. Using Electronic Funds Transfer is extremely secure because you are using your bank only.


We also accept bank cheques if you prefer to use the traditional method. Please to be aware by using this method, it will be processed much longer than the other two options. Please contact us by email before you decide to pay by bank cheque.


I have registered with Love Station Lingerie but don’t receive any email communications from, why?


Any time when you place an order or the order’s status was changed, will send you an email to inform you automatically. If you can’t see any emails from, please check your spam folder. Your mail server may be accidentally detected it as a spam mail.


I received a discount coupon code from, but where can I put the code in?


When you checkout, please select "Summary" tap and then you will see a text box called "Vouchers code". Type or copy your coupon code into the text box and then click "Add" button.
